Goods can be returned under clause 8 in our Terms and Conditions. The information on this page summarises the procedure.

Returning a non-faulty item

If you have received goods from us (which you have ordered), which you are not happy with, or do not want, then you may return them to us for either an exchange or credit note - we regret that due to the nature of our business we cannot offer you a refund on the goods unless they are faulty.

If you decide to return the goods, you should telephone our customer services department on +44 0207 4041740 within 30 (thirty) days of receipt, and inform us of the return. You will be reminded of your order reference number, which you should clearly mark on the returned package.

You should then return the order to the address shown below within 7 (seven) days of this telephone call.

We will then contact you and arrange an exchange or credit note to be sent to you. Should you choose an exchange, you will be liable to pay the difference on an exchange totaling higher than your original order. Postage does not constitute as part of the exchange, and postage must be paid again for the items sent to you in exchange. Postage does not constitute as part of the credit note.

We cannot dispatch replacement items or credit notes until the returned items have been received by us.

Redeeming a credit note can either be done in store, or when placing a mail order by phone or post. It is not possible to use a credit note against an Internet order.

Returning a faulty item

We always try our hardest to make sure that you receive your order in it's best condition, however, if you have received an item that is faulty, or has been damaged by post, please return it to the address below within 30 (thirty) days of receipt, and we will, in return, promptly replace it. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage when sending the item.
